CUNEF Universidad hosts the presentation event of the Club Español de la Litigación de los Negocios

CUNEF Universidad’s Auditorium was chosen as the venue for the presentation event of the  Club Español de la Litigación de los Negocios to in-house counsel.

The event began with welcoming remarks by Andrés Betancor, Director and Professor in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. The institutional presentation of the association was delivered by Antonio Entrena (Partner at Garrigues and Vice-President of the Club), Ángel Pérez Pardo de Vera (Partner at Uría Menéndez and Vice-President of the Club), Miriam Domínguez (Head of Legal EU at Cabify and Member of the Club’s Board of Directors), and Borja Romero (Head of Litigation Legal Services Spain at BBVA and Club Member), who shared with attendees the association’s mission, objectives, and main areas of activity.  

Discussion session

The event continued with a highly engaging discussion featuring two distinguished in-house lawyers, Eduardo Arbizu and Antonio Muñoz-Murillo. Together with the Club’s President, Ignacio Díez-Picazo, they explored the opportunities and challenges of litigation from the perspective of corporate legal departments.

This event, which brought together a large group of in-house lawyers from a range of organisations as well as Club members, marks a significant step towards one of the association’s strategic objectives: fostering the presence and active participation of corporate legal professionals within our litigation community.
