CUNEF Universidad, together with the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA), has organized its first seminar on arbitration under the title "Arbitraje: El estado de la cuestión" This initiative arises within the framework of the recent collaboration agreement signed by both institutions to promote the study, teaching, and research of arbitration.
The event, which will take place on May 13 at the Almansa Campus, marks the beginning of an academic and professional collaboration aimed at encouraging the analysis and dissemination of arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism, bringing together experts from the legal and academic fields.
The seminar will feature presentations by Juan Serrada and José Carlos Fernández Rozas, spokespersons for CIMA, as well as Andrés Delgado and Elia Cerrato, representing CUNEF Universidad.
The purpose of this seminar is to strengthen cooperation between both institutions, promote specialized training, and encourage spaces for reflection on the main challenges and trends in arbitration in Spain and internationally.
