Quang Duc Pham has a PhD in Business Studies from IE Business School. His research primarily focuses on consumer habit formation, consumer heuristics, and how to apply empirical findings to consumer behaviour, especially in the context of moderate, sustainable consumption, and of interaction between humans and technology. His most recent research uses field experiments to explore how to help people reduce social media and mobile phone over-usage. He has a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Master’s in Management Science Research form IE Business School. He worked at NUS Centre for Behavioural Economics, where he collaborated with major public-sector stakeholders and NGOs such as Singapore's Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, the Ministry of Education, NUS, and various public schools, on several high-impact large-scale research projects related to water- and energy-conserving behaviours.
