Biography
Francisco Uría is the Director General of the Spanish Institute of Banking and Finance at CUNEF Universidad. He is Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad and has been teaching on the Master´s in Banking Law and Financial Markets and Institutions since 2012.
He is a State Attorney (currently leave of absence) and holds a PhD in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is also the Director of the Center for Analysis and Studies at the Spanish Institute of Analysts. He was an Associate Professor in the Department of Administrative Law at Complutense University of Madrid until 2005.
In the academic field, Francisco has participated in the following research projects and/or contracts:
