Professor Jiménez Fernández is the Director of the Master in Financial Institutions and Markets, as well as a Professor of Finance (Financial Markets), at CUNEF Universidad. He has extensive professional experience in analysis and applied research in financial markets. He is the Director of Analysis and Studies of the Foundation of Financial Studies (FEF) and holds advisory roles in several organisations. He has been an independent board member and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at BME Clearing, S.A.U., a member of the Advisory Committee of the CNMV on behalf of IEAF, and a member of the research team of the ICO Foundation Chair on the Financing of SMEs in Spain. He holds a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration (UCM) and is a certified Expert in Company Valuation (CEVE). He is regularly called upon to act as an expert witness in court and arbitration procedures and has authored multiple expert reports for corporations and banks.
