Biography
Julio Galvez is an Assistant Professor on Tenure Track in the Department of Finance and Accounting at CUNEF Universidad. His research interests cover household finance and applied macroeconomics. Prior to joining CUNEF Universidad, he was a Research Economist at the Banco de España. He holds a PhD in Economics from CEMFI and a BSc in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines. He was a research fellow at the Swedish House of Finance and served on the scientific committee of the Finance Forum (2024-2025).
