BIO
Born in San Fernando (Cádiz), on May 15, 1986, Luis Miguel Pérez Aguilera studied Law and Business Administration at CUNEF, and then completed a Master's Degree in Public Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he specialised in Procedural Law. He received his PhD from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with the thesis "The positive or prejudicial effect of criminal res judicata in criminal proceedings", which was unanimously awarded a grade of Outstanding Cum Laude. In 2011, he joined the Procedural Law department at Bufete Mas y Calvet, where he combines his work as a lawyer with teaching at various public and private universities.
