BIO
Professor Alemany has taught in Spanish universities the subjects of commercial contract law, bankruptcy law, legal framework of the company, legal foundations of business activity and civil liability. He has been a magistrate since 2006, having served in civil and commercial courts in the provinces of Alicante, Las Palmas and Madrid. Previously, he worked as a lawyer for more than ten years for national and international clients. He is a doctor of Law and non-practicing auditor.
