The Chair of Legal Studies at CUNEF Universidad is organizing the undergraduate seminar “BBVA’s Takeover Bid for Sabadell: The Perspective of the Bidding Company’s Lawyers,” which will take place on Monday, April 20, at 1:00 p.m., in the Aula Magna on the Almansa Campus.
The session will feature Álvaro López-Jorrín, co-head of the Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, and Leticia Comín Fernández-Cuesta, a partner in the Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, and will be moderated by Javier García de Enterría, Professor of Commercial Law and holder of the Chair of Legal Studies at CUNEF Universidad.
