Biography
Javier Cepeda is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. He holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Navarra and has been a member of the Cuerpo de Letrados de la Comunidad de Madrid- Civil Service Grupo A1 since July 2000 (currently on leave of absence).
He is a member of the Academic Council of FIDE and serves on the Public Procurement Observatory.
