An app featuring entrepreneurial success stories wins the 1st edition of Elevatorfy x CUNEF Universidad

30 September 2025

The 1st edition of Elevatorfy x CUNEF Universidad, a programme that aims to provide training and guidance to potential entrepreneurs with business ideas, was held on Tuesday, September 30, at the Almansa Campus Auditorium. The nine student teams who participated in the initiative learned to design a business project, starting from the initial concept and then formulating a hypothesis, developing a value proposition and building a minimum viable product (MVP).

The three projects that won this 1st edition of Elevatorfy x CUNEF Universidad are:

  • “Entrevo”, an app designed by Jaime González Sacristán, a student of the Double Bachelor in Business Administration and Computer Science and of the Bachelor in Mathematical Engineering at CUNEF Universidad. The app features short biographies of entrepreneurs, explaining how their careers started and how they succeeded.
  • “Techlab”, an app developed by Inés García Vega de Cominges and Carlota Beltrán Presmanes, students of the Double Bachelor in Law and Business Administration. This mobile app provides technological training and education for seniors using updated content that is easy to use and understand.
  • “Libreo”, a project proposed by Álvaro Segura Bartolomé, student of the Double Bachelor in Law and Business Administration at CUNEF Universidad, together with Jaime Cantú Dean and Carla Herráiz Pérez, aeronautical managers. This software for readers aims to enhance the reading experience through subscriptions, book clubs and book recycling.

The panel members of this 1st edition of Elevatorfy x CUNEF Universidad were Álvaro Porras, co-founder of SG Ventures, Nacho Sánchez, founder of Senda, Victoria López, Director of the School of Engineering at CUNEF Universidad, Leticia Santos, Director of the Graduate and International Business School, and Alberto Iglesias, Vice-Dean of Institutional Relations of the School of Business, Economics and Law. Programmes like this showcase CUNEF Universidad’s commitment to training and mentoring entrepreneurs from the earliest stages of their career.
