Master in Banking and Capital Markets Law
The programme, designed in collaboration with banking industry experts, provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial business practices and the challenges that credit institutions, investment managers and corporate legal departments face today.
The curriculum combines compulsory courses that address the principles of banking and securities law—supervision, contracting, prudential regulation, MiFID or collective investment schemes—with specialisation modules in banking and securities law or tax advice, aimed at promoting immediate entry into the job market. In addition, courses on emerging fields such as LegalTech, TaxTech and artificial intelligence in legal advice prepare participants to succeed in a context of constant digital transformation.
The programme uses an eminently practical approach: students analyse real cases and solve complex transactions (M&A, structured finance, compliance, banking and bankruptcy litigation), learning to make legal decisions at the highest level in regulated environments.
This programme is highly regarded in the financial industry and in leading national and international law firms.
