Biography
Paola Zanella is an Assistant Professor on Tenure Track in the Department of Business Management at CUNEF Universidad. She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University. She has two main lines of research. The first focuses on understanding how digital transformation impacts companies' innovation strategies. The second is linked to the study of the role of demand in business strategy. She has been the principal investigator for two research projects on digital transformation and sustainability, and her work has been published in prestigious scientific journals. She also regularly presents at international conferences. She has teaching experience at the undergraduate, master's, and MBA levels.
