Biography
Chao Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management at CUNEF Universidad. Prior to joining CUNEF Universidad, he was an Adjunct Lecturer at TBS Education in Barcelona. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Esade Business School in Spain. His research investigates how social norms and norm deviations shape key workplace decisions, particularly in negotiations and human resource management. His work has been published in peer-reviewed outlets such as the Journal of Business Ethics and presented at international conferences including the Society for Judgment and Decision Making (SJDM), the International Association for Conflict Management (IACM), and the International Society for Research on Emotion (ISRE). His research has also been featured in the Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times.
