Biography
Guillermo Velasco is an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. He is Profesor Titular of Commercial Law by ANECA. He has carried out teaching and research activities in the field of Law since 2001. He is the co-founder and co-director of the Journal of International Taxation and Transnational Business (Aranzadi La Ley, three issues per year). He is also the director and co-director of academic congresses and seminars, as well as a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
He holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a Diploma in Business Advisory from the School of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Ph.D. in Commercial Law from the Università di Bologna (2005)
Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Passau (Germany) (2005) and Master's Degree in Tax Advisory Services from the Center for Financial Studies (2003)
Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2001)
Research Interests
Expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency Law, and Competition Law.
