Biography
Esther Valbuena is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. With a degree in Law and a master's in legal Practice, after working as a Deputy Prosecutor for Minors, she defended her thesis "Precautionary measures in the prosecution of minors," which was awarded the Extraordinary Doctorate Prize. She has developed both in the practice of law and in university teaching. After directing the Department of Law and Humanities at ESIC University for several years, she is currently a professor of procedural law at CUNEF Universidad. She has been positively evaluated as a Fellow by the Higher Education Academy and as a contracted doctor and professor at a private university by ANECA. In addition, she has been recognized for six years of research.

PhD in Procedural Law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2007).
Master's degree in legal Practice from the Center for Advanced Legal and Business Studies (CESJE), accredited by the ICAM (1998).
Bachelor's degree in law from the Special Group at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1994).
