Biography
Josué Tonelli-Cueto is an Assistant Professor on Tenure Track in the Department of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad, after developing his career in Germany (2017-2019), France (2020-2022) and the USA (2022-2026).
Mathematician specializing in the design and analysis of numerical methods for non-linear problems coming from the sciences and engineering, using a theoretical framework based on condition numbers, algebraic geometry and probability.
Beyond research, his organizational labor in science should be mentioned, particularly his role as chairperson of the organizing committee of RSME's 7th Congress of Young Researchers (2025) and active member of Hopkins PRO-UAW (2023-2026).
