Biography
Rafael Sánchez is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at CUNEF Universidad and Research Fellow at the IZA Institute of Labor Economics. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick. He has been a professor at the International University of Catalonia and at Universidad Diego Portales, where he also directed the Master's in Public Policy. His research areas include labor economics, health economics, and the economics of education. He has published in journals such as Economics of Education Review, Labour Economics, Industrial Relations, Economics and Human Biology, and Economica. He has also advised Chile's Ministry of Finance and served on several presidential commissions.
