Legal and Labor Relations Director of leading companies in their respective sectors (LABORATORIOS INDAS, GRUPO RESTALIA,
GRUPO ENSO), with a continuous professional career, as a corporate lawyer, of more than 32 years, covering all branches and matters of Corporate and Business Law (Labor, Commercial, Corporate, Competition, Insurance, Industrial Property, Administrative, Tax, etc.), being at the head of teams of lawyers and HR. Member of the Executive Committees and Management Committees of the aforementioned companies.
Secretary / Vice-Secretary of the Boards of Directors of the aforementioned companies since 2014.
Professor of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Transformation module of the Master in Law at ADM-International Business School in Madrid (2014).
Speaker at various courses and conferences: Senate Commission on medical devices, Tax aspects of pharmaceutical activity (Hefame), Training sessions organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid /Toledo, ONCE and Carlos III University, on legal matters and social responsibility.
