Biography
Fernando Sabido is an Adjunct Lecturer of Labour Law and Social Security in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. He is the Legal and Labour Relations Director for leading companies in their respective sectors (LABORATORIOS INDAS, GRUPO RESTALIA, GRUPO ENSO), with a continuous professional career as a company lawyer for more than 33 years, covering all branches and areas of corporate and business law (labour, commercial, corporate, competition, insurance, industrial property, administrative, tax, etc.), in charge of teams of lawyers and HR professionals. Member of their respective Executive Committees and Management Committees. He is the Secretary/Deputy Secretary of the Boards of Directors of the aforementioned companies since 2014. He is Professor of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Transformation module of the Master's Degree in Law at the ADM-International Business School in Madrid (2014).
