Biography
Rita Rodríguez is an Assistant Professor on Tenure Track in the Department of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad. She obtained her PhD in Mathematics at the École Polytechnique - Université Paris Saclay, focusing in non-Archimedean Geometry and Dynamics. She has lectured in Mathematics and Modelling at the Université Paris Sud and in Data Science at various specialised bootcamps. She has published research papers both in Mathematics and in Data Science and Statistics applied to Transport and Mobility, and has been a speaker at seminars in France, Spain, Germany and Brazil, and participated in ERC, ANR, CDTI, H2020 and Eureka research projects. After her PhD, she worked as a Data Scientist and Researcher in different sectors, including transport and mobility, banking and fintech.
