BIO
He obtained his DPhil under the supervision of Profs. Francisco Presas and Lauran Toussaint in 2024. His thesis, on three-dimensional foliations, gives an innovative proof of Novikov’s Theorem, a classical result in topology. His interests encompass the flavours of the h-principle, differential topology in general, and algebraic topology. He is curious about algebraic geometry and differential equations, as well as topological data analysis. He is also passionate about teaching anything from elementary mathematics to advanced topics, with an inclination to seeing the topology behind the results in other areas.
