Andrés Plúas is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at CUNEF Universidad.
He earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Mannheim in 2024 under the supervision of Michelle Sovinsky. His research focuses on empirical industrial organization and public policy, particularly studying substance markets (both legal and illegal) and how firms respond to audits.
