Biography
María Fernanda Pintado is an Assistant Professor on Tenure Track in the Department of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad. She holds a PhD in Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London (2025), where she focused on Bayesian reduced-rank regression. She has co-authored peer-reviewed publications on Bayesian statistical methodology and serves as a journal reviewer. She actively contributes to scientific outreach and EDI initiatives. María earned her BSc in Mathematics from the University of Sonora (2020) and worked as a consulting analyst at TIS Consulting Group.
