José Manuel Ortiz de Juan is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. He is a Lawyer. Counsel at CUATRECASAS. An expert in financial and tax law, advises financial institutions and is a member of Cuatrecasas' Knowledge and Innovation Area. He is an expert in tax advice for credit institutions, collective investment schemes, venture capital firms, insurance companies, and domestic and international investment services companies, both in institutional taxation and the taxation of their products and operations. He specializes in tax and wealth planning for investments and advises private banking networks. Chairman of the Accreditation and Certification Committee (CAC) of the European Financial Planning Association (EFPA) in Spain.
