José Ignacio Morales is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Accounting at CUNEF Universidad.
Prof. Morales is the Managing Partner of Terrano Capital. Previously, he was CEO of Vía Célere (largest developer in Iberia). Before that, he led the Strategy & Finance area at the Sener Group.
He held positions as an independent board member in different companies: RESA (student housing), Grupo Masaveu (industrial conglomerate), Masaveu Inmobiliaria (REIT EUR 2 Bn AuM), ITP (aerospace), Sener Group (engineering, technology & infra), Torresol Energy (renewable energy), and Vía Célere (real estate).
Before that, Mr. Morales worked in investment banking (BBVA), the pharmaceutical industry (F. Hoffmann-La Roche), and consulting (PwC) in Spain, Switzerland, and the USA.
He is author of several books and articles published in various professional journals in the fields of M&A, finance, and business management.
