Biography
Robert Monjo is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad. He is an accredited researcher (R3 certified) in mathematics applied to earth physics (climatology) and astrophysics (cosmology). In the last 10 years, he has published over 30 articles in prestigious scientific journals (>75% in Q1, >60% as first author) and participated in more than 20 R&D projects in international competitive calls (two as PI). His research has been recognized with two awards: the "Roser Majoral Moliné" Award in 2021 and the "Eduard Fontserè" State Award, for his theoretical development in complex systems (fractal theory) applied to meteorology, in 2009. He has also been the Research Director at FIClima since 2018.

PhD in Physics from the Universitat de València (2012) and PhD in Mathematics (2024) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid
Master's Degree in Advanced Mathematics (2017) and Master's Degree in Theoretical Physics (2017), both from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid
Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Universitat de Valencia (2012)
