Biography
Manuel López is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. Associate Professor of Corporate Law (appointed through public competition in 2001), Ph.D. (Doctor) in Law, with more than 25 years of research and teaching experience at public universities (Universidad Carlos III, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad de Jaén) and private ones (Universidad de Navarra, Universidad Nebrija). Specialized in financial markets regulation, banking law, and corporate law. Lawyer, partner in international law firms, previously in the legal department of Iberclear (BME - Madrid Stock Exchange) and advisor to the Ministry of Economy. He holds a Master's Degree (LL.M.) in International Banking Law and Securities from Boston University School of Law (2000) with a scholarship from "la Caixa" Foundation.
