Biography
Alba García Ruiz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at CUNEF Universidad. She defended her doctoral thesis in July 2025 at ICMAT. Her research focuses on mathematical analysis, specifically on the study of partial differential equations with applications in mathematical physics.
Before joining CUNEF, she taught at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is involved in science outreach activities and is a member of the EMS Young Academy.
She has done research stays at various universities, been invited to talk about her research findings at more than twenty national and international conferences and seminars, and participated in the organisation of seminars and conferences.
