BIO
Professor García-Ochoa has taught Commercial Law in different seminars organised by the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas - ICADE, Madrid, and in the Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice in the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. He has been teaching Commercial Law, Banking Law and Capital Markets Law at CUNEF since 2008.
He regularly participates as a speaker and discussant in law seminars and conferences on subjects related to his field of expertise.

Bachelor in Business Administration, Universidad Pontificia Comillas (1992) and Bachelor in Law, Universidad Pontificia Comillas (1991)
Research Interests
Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking Law, and Securitisation.
Career
Lawyer, based in Uría Menéndez’s Madrid offices since 1991. He worked in the firm’s Barcelona offices between 1997 and 1999, and in New York from 1999 to 2000. He currently heads the Bureau Francophone in the Madrid offices.
