Biography
Celliane Ferraz Pazetto is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance and Accounting at CUNEF Universidad and teaches financial and management accounting. She earned her Ph.D. in Accounting (2024) from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where she continues to collaborate as a researcher in the Controllership and Managerial Control Systems’ research group. Her research focuses on the design and use of information and management control systems to enhance individual, group, and organizational performance. Prior to joining CUNEF, she was a visiting researcher at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
