Biography
Ignacio Borrajo is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad (since 2014). Since 1993, he has been a Full Professor at UPNA, currently on leave. He was a professor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1983-1989) and at the Universidad Pública de Navarra (1993-1995) as well as at private universities. He has taught doctoral and postgraduate courses at the Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies in Madrid (2009-2012), and at several universities in Paris, Florence, Spetses (Greece), Parma, Istanbul, Virginia, and Missouri (USA). He has served as legal expert for the Council of Europe (2000, 2002, 2004) and in European Union legal programs in China (2000-2003) and Kazakhstan (2004).
