María Pilar Barrios is a Lecturer in the Department of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad. She holds a PhD in Mathematics, and several graduate degrees in economics, finance, and management. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in mathematics, statistics, probability, finance, and risk at various universities and business schools, and served as the Academic Director at a business school. She has also worked as a partner, director, manager, senior consultant, and analyst in these fields, both in training and consulting. She worked as an analyst in FECYT from 2002 to 2005.
