Biography
Khaoula is an Assistant Professor of Marketing on Tenure Track in the Department of Business Management at CUNEF Universidad. She holds a Ph.D. in Economy and Management of Organizations from the Universidad de Zaragoza. She supervised over 10 undergraduate and master's theses. She has participated in academic and administrative committees, including doctoral, scholarship, and international mobility boards. She serves as a reviewer for Q1 (JCR-indexed) journals and is a member of the Spanish Association of Academic and Professional Marketing (AEMARK) and the International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT). Her recognitions include the Best Thesis Award from IFITT and the Commercial Innovation Chair of Aragón Award.

Research Interests
The analysis of consumer decision-making in contexts related to artificial intelligence (AI), by examining the impact and influence of AI on consumer behavior, attitudes, and engagement.
