CUNEF Universidad’s 21st Employment Forum breaks its own record with 154 national and international participating companies

14 October 2025

The 21st edition of CUNEF Universidad’s Employment Forum will be held this week with a record participation of 154 national and international companies. The Forum, which will take place from 13 to 16 October at the Almansa and Pirineos campuses, is consolidating itself as an excellent space for talent to come in touch with the corporate world, enabling CUNEF Universidad students to learn directly from companies what profiles are most in-demand, how their selection processes work and what elements define their corporate cultures.

During the Forum, students will attend roundtable discussions, workshops, seminars and presentations on topics such as potential careers in investment banking, young talent and digitalization in law firms, global opportunities in the fashion and luxury industry, entrepreneurial culture and innovation, digital transformation processes, or the advantages and risks of AI integration. They will also have the chance to visit the stands set up by participating companies and institutions, including leading firms such as PwC, Deloitte, Santander, BBVA, Uría Menéndez, Clifford Chance, Telefónica or Minsait, among others, to learn first-hand about their internship programs and career opportunities.

CUNEF Universidad’s decision to expand its academic offering, aimed at meeting  the demands of today’s job market, has led a record-breaking number of companies to participate in this year’s Employment Forum. In addition to the degrees that have defined the CUNEF’s 50 years of history (Business Administration, Finance and Law), the institution has incorporated fields like technology, computer science, mathematical engineering, data science and artificial intelligence, apart from the contributions of humanities to teaching and research.

This year’s programme also features a session by UNITAR, the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, where CUNEF Universidad students will discover the skills, competencies and level of personal development necessary to build a career in international organisations. Students will also learn more about the Erasmus Internship Programme, a key opportunity to gain experience abroad, improve their language skills and establish a network of international contacts, significantly increasing their employability.

Committed to academic excellence and employability

With a track record of more than two decades, CUNEF Universidad’s Employment Forum has established itself as a benchmark in the intersection between higher education and business, and an essential event for companies seeking to recruit young people with a solid education, an international vision and a leadership vocation. Initiatives like this showcase the institution's commitment to fostering academic excellence and enhancing employability, which is at a rate of 98% within 6-9 months after graduation.
