Biography
Reeju Guha is an Assistant Professor on Tenure Track in the Department of Business Management at CUNEF Universidad. He holds a PhD in Business Studies from IE University, Spain. His research focuses on retail and service operations, online platforms and the sharing economy, and gig worker behaviors and performance. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, and presented at international conferences such as INFORMS, MSOM, POMS, COER, EuROMA, and IEOM, where he won multiple awards for his papers. His teaching includes courses in Operations and Logistics Management, Quantitative Methods, and Research Methods at the doctorate, graduate, and undergraduate levels. Prior to joining academia, he worked as a management consultant, and as a manufacturing executive.
