Guha, Reeju

Reeju Guha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management at CUNEF. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from IE University, Spain. His research focuses on empirical operations, specifically in the field of retail operations, online platforms, and the gig economy. Currently, his research is under revision in FT50 journals such as Management Science and MSOM. He has also published a teaching case in the Asian Case Research Journal, and presented his research in international conferences such as INFORMS, MSOM, POMS, COER, EuROMA, and IEOM, where he won awards for two of his papers. 

Professor Guha has taught courses in Quantitative Methods, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Research Methods at the doctoral, graduate, and undergraduate levels, respectively. Prior to joining academia, he worked as a management consultant in a major consulting firm, and as a manufacturing executive in an FMCG conglomerate.
