Slavova, Kremena Slavcheva

Kremena Slavova is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Management at CUNEF Universidad. Prior to joining CUNEF Universidad, she was a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University London and a Research Associate at University College London (UK). She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Quantitative Methods from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Her research interests include innovation management and technology strategies. Her current research agenda focuses on different knowledge transfer mechanisms and their impact on firms' innovative performance. Her current research projects focus on innovation strategies and open innovation. Dr Slavova has published her research in academic journals such as Organization Science, Research Policy, British Journal of Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, and Technovation. Kremena Slavova is the Director of the Master Programme in International Business and Global Management at CUNEF University, and an Associate Editor of BRQ Business Research Quarterly.
