Biography
Jesús has developed his teaching work at the School of Industrial Engineering and Mines of UCLM and at CUNEF Universidad. Currently, he is the Head of the Department of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad. Accredited as an Associate Professor with two research six-year periods, his scientific work focuses on Maintenance Management applied to renewable energies and location problems, accumulating more than 3,000 citations. He has participated in various national, regional, and European projects. Currently, he is the principal investigator of the FOWFAM project, funded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities of Spain. He has carried out several research stays at Birmingham University, where he developed a paper awarded the Best Paper designation by the journal Renewable Energy.
