Biography

Pablo Marina Rosado is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute. His areas of specialization are corporate law, bankruptcy law, and economic analysis of law. His research on these subjects has been published in leading national specialized journals. He previously worked for the Florence School of Banking and Finance and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and was member of competitive research projects (national scope). He completed research stays at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Boston University.
