Biography
Andrea García de Enterría is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. She joined the Corps of Legal Advisors of the Spanish General Courts in 2019. She has over six years of experience giving counsel to various bodies of the Congress of Deputies (the Plenary, the Boureau and the Board of Spokespersons) on issues related to Public Law, as well as to the competent Committee for Energy & Environment issues, and to the one dealing with Gender, Equality and Violence matters. She provides legal advisory services to the Central Electoral Board since 2024 and has published various articles in scientific journals. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. program in Law, Government and Public Policy at the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid.
