Professor of Mathematics (on leave) at the Universidad de Cantabria since 2002 and Professor of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad since 2019. He has extensive experience in research, teaching and academic management, and has participated in numerous networking activities and international research projects. He has authored more than 100 scientific publications and has guided the dissertation work of ten doctoral students as their PhD advisor.
Since 2012, together with Suomitech, a company specialising in innovative digital solutions, he has coordinated the development of evaluation platforms for these Spanish QA agencies: AQU, ACSUG, UNIBASQ, ACSUCyL, AQUIB, AVAP and madrid+d.
