Biography

Eva Mª Aguilar Pastor is PhD in Business Administration (UCM), specialist in Human Resource Compensation & Benefits (Centro de Estudios Garrigues) and specialist in People Analyitcs (LMS).

Since 1994 she has been teaching at several Universities (UCM, ICADE, CUNEF) subjects related with Human Resources Management, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.

Her research work lead to the publication of a book (McGraw Hill) and several papers in different reviews (Management Decision, Economía Industrial, Dirección y Organización, Información Comercial Española, Dirigir Personas).

During five years she was member of the academic team that promotes and develops the entrepreneur program at her University (CUNEF Emprende program).
