The CUNEF Degree in Business Administration and Management (Bilingual Program) has the following objectives:
 

• Firstly, students acquire a solid background in the nature of business and its relationship with the immediate economic environment, both national and international.
• Secondly, it is an opportunity to strengthen the knowledge of the different methods and techniques of business management and administration: Theory of organization; strategic management; setting of objectives, policies and planning of human resources, information systems and management support.
• Thirdly, we train students in the necessary quantitative knowledge for corporate performance: basic elements of linear algebra, differential and integral calculus, mathematic optimization, mathematics for financial operations, descriptive statistics, probability, statistical inference, simple and stepwise regression model.
• Fourthly, students develop their language skills in English (a high percentage of subjects are taught in English) and acquire a special vision and international perspective of international business administration and management through international exchange programs and international options especially established for undergraduate ADE Bilingual Degree students.
• In addition, participants will become familiar with the process of decision making, with the knowledge of analysis and synthesis, communication and team work. Furthermore, they will be trained to put into practice all the theoretical training, receive and transmit information in other languages, and use ICT and telecommunications.
• As a complement to their training, students have the opportunity to round off their training with practical business placements, through the different educational cooperation programs.
• Finally, we aim to make our students aware of socially engaged values and principles concerning the demands of stakeholders and of society in general.
