Gerard Hertig is Professor of Law & Economics at ETH Zurich. His principal interests are comparative corporate governance, financial systems, and European integration. He is ECGI research associate and a member of the Comparative Law and Economics Forum and the European Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee.
