Gani Aldashev is assistant professor of Economics at the University of Namur. His principal interests are political economy and development, but his research also spans to other fields, such as the economics of law and organizations, and finance. He has published, among others, in Quarterly Journal of Political Science, Journal of Development Economics, and Journal of International Economics.
