Prof. Stephen Grainger is Senior Lecturer at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. He has also lectured at Yunnan University of Finance and Trade (People’s Republic of China), Shanghai University of Electric Power (People’s Republic of China), Trisakti University (Indonesia), the Gandhi Institute (Indonesia), ACBT (Sri Lanka), MDIS (Singapore), University of Western Australia, Curtin University of Technology, and Notre Dame University. Stephen specialises in Business in Asia and International Negotiation and Communication. His research focus is on the affect the evolving Chinese market economy is having on the decay in the significance of guanxi; and organization guanxi in China.
